Free Shipping:

International Shipping

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Travel accessories that have been opened or used (e.g., toiletry bags, packing cubes)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items from our Disney Shop collection
